Hi,

I'm trying (and failing) to find info on the max resolution available via HDMI out on this laptop, does anybody know?

Thanks,

     HDMI 1.4b

so i think 1080p 60Hz is the highest
    I'm not an Acer employee.

HDMI 1.4b supports 4k at 30hz and 1080p at 120Hz, but as IronFly wrote it can be limited to 60hz1080p, but I don't know if the laptop can output 4k via HDMI.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Cheers chaps, 2560x1440 I was hoping for, think I'll risk it, if it doesn't work I'll send the monitor back. I'll update the thread once I've tried it.
