My Aspire 3 A315-51-31RD model's screen blinks with battery power at lower than approximately 70% charged.  When AC power plugged, the symptom disappears.
What should I do?

You can perform a battery reset. Here is shown how: https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/34843/~/acer-internal-battery-reset
If it doesn't do anything you can update BIOS to latest version from here: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/support-product/7210?b=1
The latest BIOS version uploaded by Acer is 1.03, so before updating you should check your current BIOS version. Go to RUN and enter msinfo32, then in system summary you will find the current version of the BIOS. If your BIOS isn't 1.03 then you can install version 1.03. NOTE: Before executing the installation make sure battery is fully charged and laptop connected to charger. The device may restart several times during the installation, so don't turn it off.

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

ven98, I tried both methods, but they don't work.
I updated the bios first. Mine was 1.02.  Upon completion of the bios update, I tried to use my laptop with battery.  It still started blinking at 50% of battery capacity.  Then, I did battery reset, but no gain.

There is something elese going on, so you should contact Acer in your region and request a repair of your device.
