When I’m playing games that aren’t way to graphics intensive my pc gets hot. I installed a program called CAM to look at temps and it’s constantly telling me that my pc is way to hot. I have noticed no case fans but am not sure if Acer wouldn’t include them even if they are required. Does anyone know if I have a problem or if this is normal?

What model is it . If it is a G6-710  should have case fans fitted as normal spec. One on the CPU cooler and one at rear of case ,if not do not use, contact supplier.

Make sure you have Predator Sense installed on your machine ,it's a good indicator of how your machine is performing.( When it works)

Download HWiNFO and run the sensors while gaming. Post the results of the average and maximum temperatures of both CPU and GPU.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
