Hello everyone,

I would kindly ask for assistance on this, because I just bought monitor and after reviewing some previous topics and not been able to find solution I wonder should I just try to bring back the monitor?

Please advise me is there any working solution of the HDMI port?

Thank you in advance.

Try to install display driver again.

Have you tried switching between laptop display and external display with fn+f5 or fn+f6?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    Hi Guys,

Thank you for the tips, I have updated the drives I tried to switch between laptop display and external display. Nothing is happening. I bought new HDMI to Display Port cable and tomorrow I will take it to work and test both the cable and the hdmi port. If anyone has any other ideas I will be more than happy to try!

Thank you very much in advance.
