When I open a program or I'm online, on the screen the mouse locks up or hangs for microseconds and the computer is new, I just bought the computer and it's annoying, I updated the drivers and everything but the laptop gets stuck for less than a second, and I do not know why that is happening, when I move the mouse with the touchpad or the external mouse it knows how to get stuck for a few seconds

Everyone has this problem, but no one is ***** interested about that! acer is a very bad company about the support!
no one in italy can answer me how to solve the problem!
