Acer Liquid Z530 can't send sms

I am not able to send SMS but can receive SMS and I have also tried resetting my phone

    Ok, had you check if the SMS phone service center number is correct?
    Open the SMS application, settings/text messages (SMS)/SMS Service center
    I'm not an Acer employee.

    I think you should first contact your mobile provider to get the correct ''APN'' settings   probably the APN settings for sending SMS is wrong

    But I am able to send MMS not SMS

    yes i know, because MMS and SMS are using different APN settings

    You can also try to turn of your phone and remove the sim card, clean the sim card with a soft cloth. Re- insert the sim card and then power on. if this is not working then you should contact your provider first for the right settings. OR they have problems with there servers for sending SMS

    Same sim on a different phone SMS can be send,but using different sim of other mobile operators also can't send any SMS

    do a factory reset but backup all your personal data first:
    settings/backup & reset - factory data reset

    As I have mentioned in my above posts I already tried resetting the data
