For quite a whil ago my Acer upgraded to Win10, whil I was on a travelling.
Before that, when I was had Win7 the Acer was running quite good and I really like to use it.
But since the upgrade, the Acer has been extremely slow and with a lot of failure, I was told by Microsoft that I had to be sure the system was updated, so I set the Acer to update which took abput 4 hours and now it's almost dead.
I wanted to restoring back to the Win7 and had a recovery DVD from the Acer was new, but this is not working?
How can I get a new recovery CD/DVD to get my Win7 back or can I download it?
Please I need you help to get my Acer back.

    1. What exactly happens when you use your DVD?
    2. Is it a Windows 7 installation disk?
    3. What errors do you get? What step of installation are you stuck on?

    >>>I wanted to restoring back to the Win7 >>>

If the hidden ACER Win7 eRecovery partition is still intact, follow this video ***exactly*** to restore your Win7 to factory-fresh condition using the ALT+F10 boot recovery method.

If the ALT+F10 boot recovery method doesn't work, then you can try to order a new ACER eRecovery DVD or USB media based on your machine's SNID. Go to http://store.acer.com .

Choose US or Canada as the country. Then click on eRecovery .
