I wish to dual boot Xubuntu but cannot boot from the live cd. I googled it and saw that I have to enable CSM and disable secure boot in the BIOS settings. The option for CSM does not appear. Changing to Legacy gave me no options. Is there any other way to do this? Sorry about asking too many questions.

    legacy is LaunchCSM.

by the way, you don't need it to run a Ubuntu LiveCD, you just need to create the correct USB bootable flash drive.
first of all, enter BIOS and under MAIN or BOOT menu, enable F12 boot menu key, then save and exit.

    1) download the latest Ubuntu 64 bit ISO version
    2) download Rufus:
plug your USB flash drive, run Rufus then:
select ISO image from the dropdown menu near "Create a bootable disk"
click on the little icon on the right and browse to the Ubuntu iso
as  Partitions scheme select "GPT partition scheme for UEFI"
    as File system select "FAT32"
    click on Start
wait until it finish, then uplug your USB flash drive
    4) plug your USB flash drive and at boot press F12, choose the USB flash drive as bootable device

Hey, I installed it. Now the dual boot isn't working. It boots directly to Windows.

you can try to add the linux efi as a trustable executing.

enter BIOS then go to  Security tab and enter Select an UEFI file as trusted for executing, browse to the correct efi, then press F10.

    (example)

    /EFI/ubuntu/shimx64.efi  with  secure boot enabled
    /EFI/ubuntu/grubx64.efi  with secure boot disabled
