Hi,
I bought this laptop for my company and we usually install windows 10 enterprise on our company laptops currently I m unable to view my bootable USB on boot menu, I have rechecked my USB it works on other laptops but not working in this Acer spin 5. I made my USB as UEFI, now help me to fix this.
I've also tried to clear TCM from bios but still not my bootable USB on it.

had you use Rufus to create the bootable USB flash drive?plug your USB flash drive, run Rufus then:select ISO image from the dropdown menu near "Create a bootable disk"click on the little icon on the right and browse to the windows 10 downloaded iso fileas Partitions scheme select "GPT partition scheme for UEFI"as File system select "FAT32"click on Start
if your laptop has both USB2.0 and 3.0, please use 2.0 portsI'm not an Acer employee.0

Hi,
Have you tried in Legacy mode in BIOS? If not, switch to Legacy mode in BIOS and see whether it helps.
