Hi,
Disconnect from mains and do a battery reset by inserting a small paper clip in the pinhole at the back, follow the instructions in the video, after completion leave the laptop to rest for 10 mins.

Hi,
Do you have access to another externall screen? If you have, connect it to the external screen with HDMI/VGA cable and check whether it works, otherwise, you may have to take it to a local repair shop and get it checked.
You could also try reinstalling your display driver, go to Acer Support site and download the drivers needed, you may have two adapters in Device manager, right click them one by one, go to driver tab and uninstall them both, reinstall the drivers downloaded from acer site.

Would it work if i connect it to a tv screen? And the drivers you mention i saw two in the website are they called VGA drivers? Both are called VGA Drivers one is for intel and another for nvidia.
Thanks!0 -
Hi,
Yes,you can use a TV screen as an external monitor, as your model has a dedicated graphics, you have to reinstall both drivers, when you expand Display adapters in Device manager, you will see all the adapters installed in your laptop.

Ok, by reinstalling you mean i would be downloading the driver from the website then installing it? Sorry cause i have never tried uninstalling a driver before so i know nothing about these...0

Hi,
Don't worry, it's better to ask, go to Acer site, down load both drivers and save them in Desktop(this is the easier place to find your file),right click downloaded zip file click extract all, go to Device manager(right click start, ie Windows icon in Taskbar), expand display adapters, highlight and right click the graphics, select Properties, go to Driver tab and click uninstall(snip is in my previous post)
Do not reboot, go to Desktop and open the extracted folder, scroll down to find Setup.exe, highlight it and right click, click Run as admin.
