my redator Helios 300 Missing HDD caddy and SATA cable and support did't help me anything

i try to contract support for request hdd caddy and sata but them leave me 

never help anything and tell me try to contract you contry which u live well i'm live in japan and i'm not japanese i buy this from amazon so i try to contract jp support also and them don't help me 

anyone can help me pls i'm feeling so bad with this problem

    how do yo feel when contract jp support and then tell can't help so us support tell acer never help customer problem?

    If your location is in another region than US or Canada, you would need to contact your local technical support to inquire about ordering these parts in your country. Unfortunately If you don't have a physical address in the US or Canada we cant ship the kit to you, we will ship the parts to that address in the U.S. Or Canada and the person that receives it would then be responsible for mailing the parts to your current location, at your expense. 


    Keep in mind that this are units distributed for the U.S. and Canada but been purchase online (Amazon US) and then mailed out side of the U.S. or Canada, with that been said the kit is only available for the country of origin and distribution. 

     

    Note: Unfortunately we do not deliver packages to freight forwarder's addresses.
