Hi, I ordered my Predator laptop on 9/3 and got it today 9/6. I opened the second drive area and it's missing the mounting caddy and the cable for installing the 2nd HDD.

Common issue, contact Acer-Blayn via private message: http://community.acer.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/13 . Make sure to let him know if you need 4 more screws also, you should have gotten a baggy in your battery box and you'll need 8 total to mount and secure the drive.

I also need the HDD caddy/cable and screws. The send message button sends me to a page without any option to actually type and send a private message.

EDIT: Allowed me to send a private message after posting this one.

Yea just send Blayn a message he can help you out. Also you'll need 8 screws total to mount and secure the drive, you should have gotten 4 in your box so let him know what you need.

    Update:
Blayn hasn't responded, but I found this form which looks more promising: https://csapps.acer.com/kit-request/#submit

Final update: worked like a charm, after a phone call got the kit in a few days. (~$10 + $20 shipping)
