Check you current BIOS version, if it is outdated I suggest you to update to latest from Acer's website. If the issue still persists I advice you to contact your seller.Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
-Model number
-Part number(not required, but helpful)
-CPU
-GPU-Operating systemHelios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

I have updated to 1.11, but still the same! Its gets worst whem the coolers speed up...

When your coolers speed up that means your load increases and so the temperatures. If you are sure that this speeding up of fans makes it worse then most likely more load makes it get worse.
Last thing you can try is first time to disable integrated graphics(intel hd graphics) and see if these lines will still appear and second time disable dedicated graphics(nvidia). If these lines appear in both situations then the problem most likely is the screen.
If your model has only dedicated graphics then I think there is nothing more you can do except contacting Acer or the seller you got the laptop from.Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
-Model number
-Part number(not required, but helpful)
-CPU

Do you have an external monitor you can test on? That will help narrow down if it's your physical screen or another issue.
