Hello

How can I improve the sound coming out of the monitor. Is there a equalizer that can help? I am using windows 10.

Is your monitor displayed in the Sound, Control Panel?

I fixed my problem with the app, Equalizer APO 1.1.2 . It came with the option to use a compaion app, PC Equalizer which has a Preamp adjustment. Turning it up helped out.

My issue is that I cannot get any audio out of the monitor; as in, no playback device is showing in Windows 10. My setup:

1. Surface Book

2. Surface Dock

3. Mini DP to DP cable from Dock to XR382CQK

Result: 75Hz x 3840 x 1600 -- all good.

I even installed Windows 8 drivers from Acer site (latest as of July 2017); no difference.

Any suggestions?
