CPU Upgrade

Hello Acer Community !
I have an Acer V3 771G with i5 3210m , GT650M 2GB and 8 GB RAM 1600MHZ.
I want to make an upgrade to CPU, and put an i7 3610QM or i7 3630QM, but i don't know if the difference of 10W TDP will be a problem.
And the second question is if someone can confirm if my motherboard support i7 processors. Motherboard: NB.M0S11.001

Hi,
Yes, i7-3610QM will definitely work but not sure about i7-3630QM. I would suggest you to go for 3610QM as there's not much difference between them.

I will need to make a BIOS Update for i7 upgrade ? My BIOS version is 1.07 .
With i7 upgrade the other 2 RAM Slots will start working, right ?

Your motherboard supports I7-3610QM and I7-3632QM with the original heatsink.
The heatsink of your laptop should be:
60.M0SN5.001 MODULE.THERMAL.GT.45W I found some laptops of this series equipped with I7-3630QM and this heatsink so your laptop should support it.

How can i find my thermal module ? To be sure is the same.

May be you can see a white sticker through the fan inlets located on the bottom.

What BIOS version should i have for i7 CPU upgrade ? Now i have 1.07 . Please provide me a download link.

You could update from V1.07 to V1.15 (Don't use V2.28 for newer motherboard):
