I've had this laptop for about 1yr now, and recently while playing BF4 my laptop completely locks up.

Prior to locking up I experience game studdering and freezing, I usually play 3-4hrs a day.

I have also updated the latest Nvidia driver 384.76. Any solutions ?

Did you take a look at the temperatures?

Just for testing you could enable Cool Boost via Quick Access (Acer).

    I already had coolbost enabled.

I also just ran "whocrashed" and this is the result.

    crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module:
    Unknown (0xFFFFC00AFA3F4010)
    Bugcheck code: 0x119 (0x1, 0x77B7F, 0x77B80, 0xFFFFC00AFA3F4010)
    Error:
    VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR
Bug check description: This indicates that the video scheduler has detected a fatal violation.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error.
    Google query:
    VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR

I have exactly the same problem. Didnt find solution. Probably some "Acer feature".

Is this problem covered under warranty?
