Hello my friends
I purchased the device from Acer shop
I did not have account
I've chosen the purchase as a guest
I have order number
But I could not trace my shipment
What can I do ?

    I would give the store a call, they have a number at the top of the page. They also have chat and a web forum submission as well. If you still have trouble, send me your order number and contact information and I'll ask the team to take a look.

    I'm having the same issue.  I ordered a device as a guest, but never received an emailed order confirmation, although my credit card company says the order went through.  I would like to track my shipment, but have no means of doing so.  I can't get through to Acer's Customer Service without a serial number.

     

    What can I do to confirm the order and track the shipment?
