I am also trying to update my email address on My Profile. How can I do this?

If you're talking about updating your email address for Acer and the community, just send a private message to Acer-Karp explaining your situation.

It is not my email address in Acer Community I am trying to change, it is my email address I set up in My Profile when I bought and registered my computer. How do you send a private message?

Hi WIlliam21,

Just click this link: Acer-Karp - and it will bring up the private message page for sending a PM to Acer-Karp (alternatively you can go to a user's profile page and click "send a message" to get the same result).

Now that you've posted once to the community, you should be able to send a private message. Just click this link and it will take you to the page to PM Acer-Karp. Then explain what you need help with and send.

I'm also needing to change my email address for my Acer Profile. For such a common task, it seems that PM'ing someone isn't the most effective method. Could there not be appropriate security built in so that changing your email address could be done simply by editing your profile?
