First try to run the Intel Driver update software and see if it's able to find some drivers for you:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
then install nVidia drivers:
http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/113446then if some are still missin:
Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then, under System, clicking Device Manager.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.Where you see the Yellow exclamation mark, double click it, choose "Details" tab, from the dropdown menu choose "HardwareIDs", click the first string and copy/paste it here.

the first one is nvidia card, so use install the drivers from this link:
http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/113446
USB:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/65855/Intel-USB-3-0-eXtensible-Host-Controller-Driver
first link on the webpage
the last one...you can avoid to install drivers, since it's very hard to find one and it's an hardware TPM device that will never be used by windows 7.

Thank you so much, ACE Trailblazer, but the 3D Video Controller still doesn't work.
I ran the Intel Driver update software:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
It downloaed the Intel Graphics Drive [15.45] (win64_154510.4542.exe)
When I tried to install it, but it said "This Computer does not meet the minium requirements for installing the software"
then installed nVidia drivers:
http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/113446It said "NVIDIA Installer cannot contiue you must install an intel diver first"
Mine is Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit Sevice Pack 1

The main issue is that your system has switchable GPUs.
you can try to install manually the Intel drivers
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005474.html
download the zip version
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26404/Driver-di-Grafica-Intel-15-45-?product=88355
if you are able to install it manually, then you can try to install the nvidia drivers.
