Aspire 4752Z required Username apart from Password to logon to Wifi

Can anyone help me with my problem? Any other laptop or mobile device I have at home does not require any Username to logon to the wifi at home only required password, except for this 4752Z which is running on Windows 7, asking for both Username and Password. My ADSL modem does not have any Username. I tried using the TM Streamyx username and password, but still cannot logon.

    WIFI just requires a key, not a username and password

     

    My guess is your seeing the router as a UPNP device and your trying to access that,

    Any advice where to rectify this problem? I have tried various ways. Without key in the username, with streamyx username, and etc. My guess is there should be some setting problem but where to change?
