So my game froze, I forced shut-down the laptop and when I turned in back on it wouldn't go past the Predator logo screen. Can't even access BIOS. What can it be ? RAM malfunction, or something else?

Hello,
Have you tried this:
1. Shut down your laptop
2. Disconnect the AC adapter
3. Wait few minutes
4. Follow this procedure
Note: The battery reset pinhole is marked with this symbol on the bottom of the laptop.

Yes I did it. Pressed it for 5 seconds then released. I tried to press it anyway it said on google and i could hear it being pressed and I'm still stuck at the Predator logo not being able to do anything except ctrl alt del which just restarts the laptop into the predator logo image again0

Since you can't reach BIOS and the factory RAM modules can't be removed easily, i strongly suggest you to contact Acer support service.

I just sent it in service. SSD was dead. So apparently Acer made me tell ANYBODY not to ever buy an Acer because after 4 months and 2000€ spent on it my Predator which should be top tier from Acer got a dead SSD + all data lost. Guys NEVER buy an Acer0

not safed data is unimportant data. Don't make anybody guilty for your beginner fault.

I don't care that much about the data. I DO CARE about the fact that a high-end laptop worth a huge amount of money got a dead SSD in 4 months. That guys is how Acer treats his users. This is an unforgivable failure because I earn money with that device I use it at work. So I had to take 2 weeks off of work for nothing just to get back my laptop because Acer guys put bad SSD on my laptop. You don't buy a 2000 € laptop just to look at it, obviously you have to use it for some sort of income if you are willing to pay that much money but Acer doesn't seem to care. So again I will see that none of my friends will ever EVER but an Acer

the SSD is not manufactered by Acer...so the fault is not their.
SSD failures can happen, it's like ram modules, even with the most stringent QA, sometimes you can have faulty modules.
nothing new under the sun...at least on technology.
and to be honest...if you make money using technology, a spare laptop/PC is always needed.

I'm sorry, but I've been working professionally in the storage branch for 9 years.
In the first 3 months, there are failing upto 15% of all hard discs. Hard discs are comming out of mass production. It's quiet better with SSDs because there are no mechanical things which can fail. But still a high number of failing devices in the first 3. months.
After this 3 months it takes years in average to fail.
And as Ironfly sais, it sais nothing to Acer's quality if one single disc is failing. You should blame the producer of this hard disc for your bad luck. Because it was just bad luck. You should learn to take it as real man (or woman or whatever).
No laptop-producer on the world does stress tests like storage producers do, therefore I have my experiences.
