It's not too bad, is it prominent whith darker background? If it is and you can not tolerate, get a new screen and fix it yourself or get it done in a local repair shop.

With dark or black background it is not visible but when the background is white it is visible.0

It's difficult to remove any dust from inside the screen, you need a dust free environment and should be carried out by a professional, I would suggest not to attempt yourself unless you are thoroughly confident of the task involved, if the marks are too annoying/bothering, take it to a local shop and get advice.
