Hi!
I bought my E5-575-53VG from Amazon last Black Friday. The page listed the laptop (as still does as of now) as having the i5-6200u clocked at 2.3GHz. Acer's website says the same. The sticker on the laptop itself says that it has the i5-6200u, however system properites seem to show it has the newer i5-7200u clocked at 2.5GHz.
How is this possible?

Hi,
It happens, they might have run out of i5-6200u and installed the newer i5-7200u.
Hi ntseven,
Could you give me the first ten characters of the computer serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten. You'll find it with Acer Care Center.
It's NXGHGAA001
@ntseven,
Thanks. It's the right P/N. As brummyfan2 said: They might have run out of i5-6200u...
See my post here.
The 53VG did start with the 6200U, but the new model E5-575G-57D4 has the 7200U upgrade. Apparently the last of the 53VGs got the 7200U.
