Aspire E5-551 Windows 7 Universal Serial Bus (USB) driver
I have installed Windows 7 in Acer Aspire E5-551G, but it doesn't seem to be a supported OS by ACER, because in the ACER Drivers Download page, the drivers are only available for Windows 8.1
I have manually found and successfully installed the different drivers for Windows 7, but I am not able to find the appropriate driver for "Universal Serial Bus driver (USB)", and I suppose that this is the reason for one USB connection that is not working.
Does anybody know which is the appropriate driver?
Thanks

Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then, under System, clicking Device Manager.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.Where you see the Yellow exclamation mark, double click it, choose "Details" tab, from the dropdown menu choose "HardwareIDs", click the first string and copy/paste it here.

I installed the drivers in your suggested URL, and now there are no unknown devices in Device Manager, and everything is working perfectly.
Many thanks!

the first are self-extracting packages, they will create folders where you will find a setup or install.exe file.
the third is a direct download from Realtek and normally will run automatically.
i don't know if you have any antivirus blocking that kind of files.
