how do i download a free wireless driver for windows 7?

in 2013 Archives

i was uninstalling some unwanted toolbars from my computer and somehow my rieless driver was deleted with one of them. how do i get another one for free?

    http://support.acer.com has all the drivers for your comptuer. Just click on the picture of the desktop/notebook/netbook, ect and choose the model of your comptuer. Wifi drivers are at the bottom of the page.

    thank you. it put a folder on my computer. whatdo i do when i open it?

    Unzip the file that you downloaded and run setup.exe in that unzipped folder.

     

    Choose to UNINSTALL the old driver that you're replacing, and when that program finishes reboot the computer.

     

    Then run the same setup program again and this time choose to INSTALL the new driver and reboot again.
