B326HK has horizontal lines in all modes/resolutions

I've tried two different DP 1.2 certified cables and have attempted to adjust the resolution down and back to optimum but cannot get rid of horizontal lines. The lines seem static and do not change in pitch dependant on the resolution chosen.

 

Do I have a bad monitor or is there a setting I'm missing. I have confirmed DP option is set to 1.2 in the monitor menu.

 

Surface Pro 3 i5/8/256

Lines exist both via dock and built-in port

    I'm pretty sure it's not a setting issue.

     

    I have a KG240A and I have the same issue.  What began as a single line is now two different clusters of 6+ lines each, about 20mm apart.

     

    I've tried literally everything. Every cable option, every resolution, a different graphics card, checked power levels, even put the monitor to a separate surge protector on a separate circuit....all to no avail.

     

    What i've read from similar posts is that you pray your monitor is under warranty.  If under warranty, they will first attempt to service the monitor and replace if it cannot be repaired.
