Help needed - how to officially report BUG for Acer smartphone bought in Croatia?

Hello,

 

I am trying to contact e-mail technical support for my ACER LIQUID ZEST Z525 smartphone in order to OFFICIALLY report a bug in the phone. However I cannot do that since you have a problem with circullar reference on Acer web site.

 

When I open:
http://www.acer.com/worldwide/

 

and choose Croatia I get to:
https://www.acer.com/ac/hr/HR/content/home

 

when I choose “Podrška” (that means "support") I get to:
https://www.acer.com/ac/hr/HR/content/support

 

when I enter SNID I get to:
https://www.acer.com/ac/hr/HR/content/support-product/6742?b=1&pn=HM.HU7EU.002

 

when I click “Kontaktirajte Acer” (that means "Contact Acer") I get to:
https://www.acer.com/ac/hr/HR/content/service-contact

 

and clink to:
"Tehnička podrška za elektroničku poštu (Obrazac za podršku – Elektronička pošta)" (that means "Technical support for e-mail")
http://support.acer-euro.com/request/ee/index.html

 

and choose Croatia I get to:
https://www.acer.com/ac/hr/HR/content/support

 

and there is a circular reference problem since I have to enter SNID again and the circle closes.

 

Can you tell me e-mail address or a URL of a web page where I can report a bug for ACER LIQUID ZEST Z525 which I bought in Croatia?

 

P.S. Yesterday I sent a bug report over an Acer web page for UK. They received my bug report however they refuse to give me support and they said they could not give me a web page where I could report a bug.

    You can report a bug here..  It is not an official channel, but there are many Acer contacts here, and they will take the reports back to the engineering team for review.

     

    Many of us reported bugs here :  Like flipcover temprature on zest plus not working, and DTS sound which was broken, and they were fixed in the last firmware update they recently pushed out.

     

    Assuming the phone is a current model, there are good chances if it is a serious bug it will get looked at.  However if the phone is already EOL, then don't expect miracles unfortunately, since like every other company, they concentrate mostly on thier current line-up of devices.
