Switch Alpha 12 Screen Has Gone Dark AGAIN!!!!!!???

Sorry can't find my original post so starting a new one -

 

I just got this back from service like what 2 weeks ago and today it has the same exact problem.  It started flaking out last night but now it's completely gone. Again. I am absolutley beyond upset ACER.  I bought it from Costco, I wonder if I can return it after 7 months (and 2 failures). Thought I would save some bucks over buying the Surface but instead I seem to have a $700 paper weight.  Here comes a few more hours of my life wasted on the phone with support.

    Thank you but I've already worked out a plan for returning it with Costco.
