Xb271hu glossy !!!???

I've just purchased this monitor xb271hu and I'm so confused as mine came with glossy screen not Matte one since every single one I've seen for this model is matte why mine came glossy !!??? Someone help me plz

Hmmm... it's strange.
According to the part number, the monitor is XB271HUbmiprz.
- Specifications from this UK reseller: Screen coating - Anti-glare so Matte
- Specifications from this French reseller: Surface dalle - Mat so Matte
- The LCD panel should be this one: Antiglare so Matte
UM.HX1EE.005: E means EMEA and E EMEA. It's the same model for EMEA apart the power cord. EMEA = Europe Middle East Africa.

You should contact your Acer support. They will be able to find the information with the full serial number. May be a series was manufactured with a glossy panel or an process error.
