I was looking to get the https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01IPVSLTC/?tag=pcp0f-20

After looking through some videos it seems that the rx 480 has caught up to the 1060 and it's now irrelevant to buy a 1060. So I want to get a 480. Problem is.. Idk if theres one that'll fit into the acer tc-705's case. All the 480 custom models are two fan solutions. Does anyone know of any 480's that will fit into the Acer Tc-705's case?

I think you'll need to get out a tape measurer and see.  I can't guarantee any card you buy wil fit or won't get too hot.

Some people have installed long cards in their TC-705.  More than likely they also installed a 92mm case fan and plugged it in to a molex connector on their upgraded power supply and used the USB 3.0 mod.

I'm not recommending any of the cards below, but as you can see they have put some heavy hitters in the TC-705.  (I wouldn't want to see their temps  <<cringe>>.

    Good luck.

Edit: Take a look at the 1050 or 1060 and see if it will fit.  They **might** run cool enough.  Proceed at your own risk.

I know for a fact that the gtx 1060 I linked will fit because the 750ti I installed fits. The 750ti barley even goes even close to 80 degrees celsius and its heavily overlclocked too. I found a way to move around that cable that sits next to the gpu so I dont need that usb 3.0 connector. I just kind of want a 480 because it looks like it'll last a lot longer than the 1060.

I think you should go for the 1060 then.  It will have lower heat than the RX-480.
