so after 3 hrs of getting nowhere and no ability of contacting so called customer care

I decide that this is the worst product one could of ever purchased, rather the worst company one could of brought from and need to return this piece of junk.

    Good afternoon.

     

    I was trying to downoad apps from the acer store to no avail.

    reason provide -  I have no iternet connection.

     

    I was using a wifi zone for a university -  so whilst porn sites and a few music d/load sites are restricted it is open access with no limit.

    I disables mcaffee anti-virus as well as the firewall, still same messgae.
