Acer XB241H "Burn in" sort of

So my new monitor has these like 10-15% brighter, 1 pixel lines (exactly 5 of them atm.) all in the top third of the screen. I dont think they are burn ins from opened windows but they just keep appearing, first there were 2 and then 3 and 4 and now 5. Burn in fixer videos dont get rid of them. Does anyone know if they can be removed or do i have to ask for a replacement.

    So i searched a bit and found out that it is caused by 144 hz refresh rate, and it indeed is because by setting the refresh rate to 120 hz the lines go away. I just dont know if it is caused by windows or the monitor.
