I recently got my Acer H277HK. When I choose to use usb 3.0 in the OSD menu, the resolution goes down. Does the H277HK not support 4K and usb 3.0 through USB-c?

    Hi Joakim

I have no answer for your question since i have not been able to get my H277HK to display any picture over usb c at all. I just wanted to ask you, since i seems like you atleast have been able to get picture over usb c, what kind of computer do you have? And when you do have 4k, is it 60Hz?

    Hi!

The computer I use with the monitor is Macbook Pro 13 with Touch Bar. I am not sure if I have 60hz in 4K. I can check later when I get home.

Nice, thanks for the picture. I can't even get picture with my Dell XPS 15 9550. Think i'll return it and get the LG 27ud88-w insted Youtube: Lg monitor with XPS 15 as this seems to work with my laptop. I called Acer and when i asked them questions about their monitor they couldn't even answer if it supportet video over usb c...

I have exactly the same issue. I am close to returning this monitor (I have two) When using the USB3.0 option from the OSD connection to screen works well but resolution drops, without it I kan use it in 4K but I have significant connection problems

Hey man! Just got the display and can't seem to get my MacBook Pro 13" Touchbar to display anything in 60Hz...how did you connect yours to achieve it? Have tried USB-C and HDMI with shite results. Also when connected with USB-C my Mac only gives HD as the "Default for Display resolution".

    Any help is appreciated!
