W510 boots up goes to blue screen when I try to sign in to MS account.

Is there anyway to reset the tablet without getting into the administrator account.  Should be windows 8.1

    IF it's still on the original OS load you should be able to power up while holding the volume button (up or down depending on orientation) to get into the menu that allows you to reset to factory defaults. You'll lose everything though, so pretty much a last resort or a just before selling step.

    Thanks for the help. Not sure how I got to it but I was finally able to get to reset screen. Started back at windows 8 and updated back to 8.1.
