My Acer z630s is not getting jio 4g signal

Most of india uses Band 40 for 4G LTE.  This frequency is NOT supported by the Z630 (at least the north american version)..

According to this page, Jio also uses Band 3,5 and 40, which unfortunately are also not supported by the Z630 (north american version at least).

According to Frequencycheck web site, the Z630 has support for Bands 2, 4, 7 and 12.  

In the Acer manual at the end,  I see it says Bands 1, 3, 7 and 20.

According to Walmart Canada web site, it says Bands 2, 4, 7 and 17.

As noted in the manual, Specifications may vary depending on region and configuration.  So there may be many different versions for different parts of the world.  So it all depends on where you got your Z630 and which specific bands your specific unit supports.   Just because it support LTE, does not mean it supports all the frequencies used by various carriers around the world.  It is usually designed for the local region it was marketted for.  This is NOT specific to acer, but pretty much all manufacturers.

EDIT:  I just noticed your phone is a Z630S, but similar reasoning applies as with the Z630 I referenced above.
