Purchase on September 11, 2016, and this issue starting about early November, which I can't turn on my Acer One 10, even with battery fully charged (light indicator is blue). This also occur when I put it to sleep (just one click on the power button) and leaving it to sleep for more than a minute and sometimes, even right after putting it to sleep.

I do know that the convertiable is still active because the back of the tablet is still hot.

I tried using the Power button + Volume Buttons, but it takes quite a long time (5 minutes or so).

have you checked if your BIOS needs an update?

    windows logo key + r

    type

    msinfo32

    report BIOS DATE/version

    I'm not an Acer employee.

I experienced the same problem, about the same timeframe.  My unit is about a  year old. My guess is that a Windows path caused the problem.  It has corrected itself within the last couple of weeks.

The short term fix is to hold the power button down for at least 30 seconds, release, then power up as usual.  It should work each time.  (If 30 seconds doesn't work, go to 45 seconds.)

I checked the latest BIOS and the tab's BIOS, I have the latest 1.10.

Unfortunately, mine failed to correct itself.
