Anyone know how to adjust the sound in the Dolby App on an Acer Iconia 10 a3-a20 tablet?

I purchased an Acer Iconia 10 Tablet a while back. It is an A3-A20 model. I am now beginning to use the sound feature on watching movies and listening to mp3's using my tablet and have been trying my best to learn how to use the Dolby app on the tablet, and so far as I can see, the sound bars are locked.

Any help on how to increase the volume on my tablet, would be greatly appreciated.

TIA.

    i don't own your model but:

    1) sound volumes can be adjusted at settings/Sound (you will notice a few slider to move, or during multimedia playing you can increase the volume with the volume rocker;

    2) if i remember correctly the Dolby app has some presets but also an advanced or custom settings, to let the user choose the various effects level or on some models the Dolby settings are under settings/sound, you just need to tap the DTS-HD Premium Sound string

    Yes, I've been to all of the areas you have mentioned. Inside the app, there are pre-sets, but when you try to go in and creates a custom setting, the sliders are in a lock position and you are not allowed to save a custom setting.

    Can be a software bug but i can't be sure, since i don't own the tablet.

    If you are under warranty, i suggest you to contact the Acer support service.
