Hi, I'm Sue from NZ. I have an Acer Aspire 5349-2685 Laptop. How to use Green Symbols on keyboard?
This is the first time I have used a help forum. I'd like to know how to use the green symbols on the keyboard. I've tried the Shift key, Fn key and Alt key and Num Lock without success. The computer is not broken. It's just that I don't know how to use / access the green symbols. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks - Sue

Hi, can you check whether you have any restore points in system restore to go back to when it was working correctly, you can do this by going to Control panel, System and Security then Recovery.
If you have restore points, try them and see whether it fixes the problem.
Which Operating system are you using?
