Hello can anyone help me with my problem?

After a Facebook app update my A1-810 freezes in the Facebook app,. I have to do a soft reset and the tablet works ok until I go to Facebook and it freezes again, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still happens.  All other apps are ok with no problems. 

Any ideas?

    have you tried to clear cache and data?

    settings/app

    tap on facebook then clear cache/data

    then try to run FB again.

     

    by the way, sometimes FB updates, break the application and you need to wait another update to fix it, the only temporary solution is to find the previous version and block updates.

    try to find the previous version...

     

    if it crashes with the older version too...do a factory reset but backup all your personal data first:

    settings/backup & reset - factory data reset

    After trying various solution my tablet is still the same, it works great without the app and I can access it through my web provider. I can't install a previous version as suggested because its a tablet and I can onto install 1 version asit upgrades automatically. My only solution was to purchase another tablet, but, a different make.
