Acer Aspire v3-571. Raplacing the internal HDD and saving WIndows 7's product key

Hi everyone.

I have a little issue. As I understood, the Windows 7 Home Extended is stored within the factory HDD as a part of Acer Recovery tool.

The problem is a hard disk drive. The guys from computer repair shop have said, that hard drive would last a year at best and its replacing is inevitable, because laptop is not new (4 years)

I do not want to lose the licensed product, because buying a new one will take half of my monthly salary Smiley Happy

Microsoft does not allow to download a copy using the laptop's Windows key, because "it was reserved, please contact your hardwire provider" or something like that.

Could someone please advise me on this? Is there any possibility to change the HDD and use the licensed Windows 7, which was reserved for the laptop?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Kind regards,
