      Are you able to open the BIOS memu ?

      If you cannot reach the BIOS then there is not much a user can do. Are you sure it is shut down completely ? (hold power button down for 30 seconds, then release for 10).

      I have the same problem. I purchased the laptop with Windows 10 but when I restarted it started to show that annoying screen.

       

      The difference is in that I can open BIOS. I checked on Information and my HDD is ok. Tried to boot from USB with another OS, but I'm getting the same result.
