Help! Acer Liquid Z530 Storage problem

Hello. I just recently receive an Acer z530 as a gift and it's seems to be doing well except for the storage. When I check the settings, it says the total phone storage is 8.00 GB but somehow there's only 1.01 GB available whereas the system apps only takes up about 3.00GB of storage. I had already rooted my device and un-installed some of the system apps but no use. I don't get it how I can't use nor find where the remaining 4.00GB  of storage is.

    normally under settings/storage you can check the various partition size.

    check also system partition (not apps)

    Just to check how storage is partioned, i suspect you can't do pretty much, apart searching on other communities about repartion tools using MTK tools and scatter files.
    I'm not an Acer employee.
