Black lines when playing a game !

Hello,

So basically I just dowoaded a game ( gears of war 4 ) on my predator 17 laptob. The game works perfectly abd smoothly, I also could play it on Ulta graphics with 60fps, however, when I get any cut seen on the game I start to see a horizontal black lines which are very annoying. When I play it doesn't appear but when I get a cinematic cut seen I start to see black lines. I searched on the internet and couldn't find any help. I've uploaded some photos so you can understand:

My laptob is predator 17 ultra HD, NVIDIA 980M 4GB RAM, 16GBRAM
