Acer One 10, S1003. Unsupported environment error

Hi everyone.
I just buy new Acer One S1003 tablet PC for run ome of 3rd party messenger which is call Beyluxe messenger. Im using this from last 4year in different Systems. But when im trying to login my id so im getting this error. (You are using Beyluxe from an unsupported environment) 1st time im facing this problem and first time im using acer and i get bad experience. Im Macintosh user and im using windows too in apple. Pls help me if anyone know the solution.

Im runing it in other windows 10 pc. But only in acer One s1003 i get this error0

i check with him and he said its youre system problem not in messenger ... waste of money. i dont know why i buy acer why i didt buy HP or other Brand. i never Face this error in other PC and laptops only im facing this error in acer ... GOD

If you have a thurd party antivirus installe, try to uninstall it and run Beyluxe again.I'm not an Acer employee.0

There is only Microsoft essential. Which is come in windows 10..0

X86 and ×64. I used it in all type windows and PC.0

i don't have other ideas to be honest, without an help from Beylux to narrow the culprit...it's very hard to know what's triggering the unsupported message.
i can only thing something related to screen resolution or size, to be honest.

Windows x86' and pc is x64 based processor. One of acer agent told me that there is re-evolution problem. But he told me we r just helping USA nd canada Customers. But he give me this hint.0
