Hello,
- Have you tried this:
1. Shut down your laptop
2. Disconnect the AC adapter
3. Wait few minutes
4. Follow this procedure
Note: The battery reset pinhole is marked with this symbol
on the bottom of the laptop.
- Is your laptop equipped with an US-Int keyboard?

Hi Ganesh,
My first idea was good. You have an US-Int keyboard so here is the part number (first column):
Spoiler60.MRWN1.009 COVER.UPPER.103KS.BLACK.US-INT Look for the part by using a search engine and the part number stated.
PS: Hi there... Yes it would be a long travel.
Best,
Laurent
