How do you remove/replace the battery on an Aspire E 15 E5-575-52JF?

I have an Aspire E 15 E5-575-52JF that I purchased earlier this week from Best Buy. Wanting to upgrade the RAM and HD, I flipped the laptop over to remove the battery. Guess what.... no removable battery that I can see. And while I'm at it, does anyone know where I can find a service manual for this beast?

Okay, so to stop electricity flow (which i am assuming is what you want to do) There is a small hole on the bottom with a batter symbol, stick something like a bent paperclip in there to stop the flow of electricity (WARNING: Test it first because I am not 100% sure that will work)
