Iconia Tab 8 W1-810 windows won't boot, device needs to be repaired

my tablet shows no bootable device an i do not have the recovery disk or image 
where can i get it ?
can you help me please

    If you are in the US you can purchase the recovery disks from the Acer store. From anywhere else in the world you need to contact Acer support in your locale.

    unfortunately i live in egybt and i can not find Acer support, is there any way to download it online ?

    Please check link below for service in your region. I am also charing the link for International Traveler's Warranty (ITW), in case it does apply.

     

    Acer notebooks and netbooks that are purchased in other regions throughout the world come standard with a one year International Travellers Warranty (ITW), and as such they can be supported or serviced by Acer America.

     

    For other Acer products, however, support must be recieved by the Acer branch in the region in which the product was originially purchased.
