This tablet supports MicroSD memory cards up to 32G (SDHC 2.0 compatible) and will read Micro SD cards formatted: FAT / FAT32. If your MicroSD card fits within this criteria it should work. You may need to try other vendor's card to see if others will work.

    Hi!

I am not satisfied: I tried several microsd card, ScanDisc, Transcend and Samsung microSDHC Smart choice ("ideal choice for phones and tablets" !), none works on my  Iconia B1-810 with kitkat 4.4.4.

Please, indicate to me which microsd card of which mark it needs me to buy.

We can read this on https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nextapp.sdfix&hl=fr:

[ About MicroSD Cards in Android 4.4 / KitKat ]

When Google released Android 4.4, they specified that applications you download can no longer write to user-installed MicroSD cards. Apps can still write to internal flash storage. Some devices (like Google Nexus devices) only have internal storage, and are unaffected. Other devices (e.g. Samsung Galaxy and Note devices) have the ability to expand their storage space by installing a MicroSD card. When KitKat is installed on such devices, apps are limited to only being able to manipulate files on the built-in storage, with write-access to the MicroSD card being restricted.

    Sorry for my poor english.

    Thank you for reply.

if you mean to install applications on microSD is not possible, you can move it only partially if the application gives you the option. (settings/apps - tap on the app you need to move and look if the option is available).

No application can be moved, even partially, by this way (settings/apps - tap on the app).

ok, microSD access is blocked by android OS 4.4.4 as you reported, so the only way to move/install applications on microSD is rooting your device.

but this can't be discussed here.
