Aspire S7-191 screen dims
I have automatic dimming disabled, and brightness set to 100%. Everything looks great with light colored screens such as white, greys, yellows, etc. The problem is when I either browse to a dark screen thats black, dark blue,or any dark color then return to a lighter color screen.When I do so, everything looks dimmed, and colors arent quite correct or accurate. After a few seconds I can see the screen gradually getting brighter and brighter until it returns to its normal brightness. I tried resetting Windows 8, and that did nothing.I also tried reinstalling the video drivers, and even downloading the Intel drivers off their site, and no avail. Anyone know what might be happening here?

Yes, thats what I meant in my first sentence. Adaptive, not automatic.
