My Aspire VN7-792G laptop is less than two weeks old and it is shutting off randomly

My laptop is shutting off randomly, especially when being moved, even slightly.  If I catch it in time and lift on the right side, it will stay on even though it started going dim.  It does it on battery or on the charger.  Very annoying and I have already loaded programs which I likely can't transfer to another computer. Very disappointed in this product.  any solutions?

From your question it is understood, you have installed some new programs in the laptop. It might be possible some of the programs may be incompatible with your laptop configuration or with the Windows Operating System. To help you troubleshoot the issue, please follow the steps given below:
    - First of all, you need to check if your laptop works fine in safe mode.
    - If your Operating System is Windows 10 or Windows 8.1, find the instructions on the link given below:
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode

    - If your Operating System is Windows 7 or Windows Vista, find the instructions on the link given below:
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-7

    - After entering in the safe mode, computer works fine without restarting, then we can conclude there is a problem with the software that are installed recently and you need to uninstall it from the computer.

If computer is still restarting in safe mode, then it needs to be taken care and it is recommended to contact Acer Support Center for further assistance if required to replace the laptop as for technical fault under warranty. Please find the link given below to help you contact Acer:

    Hope this will help you.

I will try your suggestions. The added software is Office 2016 and Photoshop Elements 12; programs I have used before. I have Windows 10 installed. I should have mentioned that.

I think I discovered the problem.  I used The Acer Care Update to see what updates my computer needed, but apparently it did not identify that the NVIDIA driver and graphics driver needed to be updated.  When I went to control panel and had it check device drivers, it updated those two drivers and so far it is working fine.

BTW, trying to restart in safe mode as you suggested did not work.  I use a PIN  to log onto Windows.  On the restart in safe mode it would not give me an option to log in with the PIN and when I used my password, it told me to log on as the local administrator.  I did not see any way possible to do that from the safe mode screen.
